Appointment Cancellation Policy
Dear Valued Guest, we love and appreciate your continued support, it really means everything to us. Here at Fringe Salon, we are dedicated to ensuring that your experience with us is always amazing.
So to better serve you, we have updated our cancellation policy effective 2024. If you find yourself needing to cancel your appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time, there will be a nonrefundable cancellation fee of : $50 for all chemical services; $25 for haircuts. Same day cancellations, no shows for chemical services and smoothing treatments, will have a $100 cancellation fee.
We do understand that life happens and occasionally challenges come up. This policy helps our stylists to be able to continue to provide you with exceptional service.
